Fourteen years post graduation experience working mainly for Private Quantity Surveying firms in the city of Birmingham. This includes almost ten years as a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ( RICS ).
Projects undertaken have ranged in value from £50K to £12M, although PJL Raybould Ltd has also acted in a support capacity on projects valued at £100M plus. Previous projects have incorporated a number of procurement routes including traditional, design and build, management and partnering contracts. Schemes have included both new build and refurbishment under the JCT and NEC forms of contract/sub contract.
